That's one of the things...Although not a 100% overturn, it does however demonstrate the liberal bias court rulings that Trump is having to fight.

Unfortunately every thing everywhere the deck is stacked against him, be it bias courts, media coverage, and RINOism....Everything that he does and accomplishes will include a battle just as this one has been..This should have been a slam dunk automatic for him, just based on his lawful ability to do what he has the power to legally do. But we see the battle he had to fight.

The one thing about wars is that they are won winning one battle at a time.
