Herbie Stamper from Knott Central has to be in that mix. Was the all time leading scorer at Morehead State for decades and played overseas.

Although it was in the early 90s when Estill was not in the 14th, they are now. You have to put Brian Kiser in this top 10. Went on to play at Louisville.

Tim Couch of Leslie County known for football obviously but averaged 36 PPG one season.
