History Folks...Bowling Green Massacre
#1
Hey, help me out when did this occur? Just another case of "alternative facts". Just like Trump has a mandate even though he lost by 3,000,000 popular votes. Everyone wants to talk about the left and their version of history. I must say, I like the right's approach make it up as we go! Wow, what is this world coming too, and by the way their is no fact checking anymore. Fox news, I am pleading with you, please educate your viewers, because your viewers will not watch anything else, because it is to left, (even if it isn't)
#2
Right, here is the example set by your ilk that I'm sure you approve of. The tolerant, loving left.

(And the funny thing is, people like you will criticize Fox while actually building up sources such as NBC, the NYT, etc.)

Cmon WideRight, have some respect for those that we lost in Bowling Green and stick to the topic. I'm just personally shocked Frederick Douglass hasn't spoken on the topic yet. Sad!
#4
Kellyanne admitted that she made a mistake, even CNBC recognizes that. She misspoke.

So you guys have every right to be upset over what she said.

How do you feel about Hillary's comments about Benghazi? That story about the preacher in Florida who had made a horrible tape........not a misspeaking of terms but an out right lie.

However, we can respect Benghazi as lives were definitely lost there.

This is the kind of stuff the left loves to focus on. Holding the politicians under a microscope and waiting for them to say something so they can hold a fake outrage. Meanwhile, we have protests going on, the likes of which will lead to people getting killed if they keep up at this rate. Where's the outrage over that? Over all the businesses that have been destroyed because of rioters?

Keep it up though. It's helping state after state get conservative majorities.

Sorry snowflakes. I thought we were still allowed to joke in Fuhrer Trump's America. Carry on.

Nope. Not a Trump supporter here.

I am sure that the right would never play on words. Purest party in all of the world. LOL! FACTS MATTER! Also what helps get conservative majorities is gerrymandering... a good book for you to read is called and I really do mean this please excuse the title "ratf**ked" It will explain what has happened since 2010.

I am upset that my state was used... why not use Boston, lives were lost. My state not so much.

Nope my facts say that it was a republican conspiracy to make the left look ugly. I have my set of alternate facts that prove this! Just ask me

Bowling Green was a massacre that could have, but did not happen. NBC News put out an article entitled "ORLANDO NIGHT CLUB MASSACRE." http://www.nbcnews.com/storyline/orlando...b-massacre
So, she hardly coined the phrase but who knows what would have happened if the pair in Kentucky hadn't been caught.

The point was as Wide has pointed out, all the caterwauling over limiting ISIS infiltration through our own immigration program is as absurd as it is irresponsible. Kellyanne was just giving an example of actual threat posed from Iran and the outcry from the left over real, not fake, vetting of same. You guys don't want talk about Obama's own 6 month suspension of Iranian refugees I don't suppose?

Further, to say that Mr Trump needed to be told that Frederick Douglass is no longer among the living, is just the sort of inspirational drivel one might expect that goddess of perspicacity and darling of the left Whoopi Goldberg, to come up with. I don't get why you guys can't understand that everybody can see you have to dredge up stuff from centuries past as the foundation for your ridiculous complaints. Complaints of which you have no understanding on the personal level whatsoever BTW. And I know this is an inconvenient truth to swallow in all of this but the secret is out, the protestors at Berkeley and everywhere else are paid. And speaking of Berkeley, who do you think became President of that University as of 2016? Why none other than the venerable Janet Napolitano! You remember Janet, right? The former secretary of Homeland Security under President Obama and key player in providing sanctuary to illegal immigrants? All of these rabid libs out there fomenting riot and being quoted and given a level of legitimacy they do not deserve, is by design of their flaming liberal counterparts among the disgraced press.

You're looking for stuff to complain about and lacking any substance, you're perfectly happy to allow sold-out media to think for you to that end. Based on invisible and contrived evidence, Dems are all about accusing Mr Trump and his Administration of collaboration with the Russians. Meantime, ignoring real proof of collaboration no matter how many times the video is played featuring Obama asking Russian President Medvedev to be patient until after the election when "He'd have more flexibility," is no problem for you at all.

You must not have read many posts on here. When did I ever say that I agreed with what some on "the right" did? If you actually did read it, you would see that I strongly disagreed on some of the things a while back that Trump supporters were doing that I felt, had resemblance from the left and some of the antics that they pull.

I'm sure I have mentioned in the past that the Obama administration would trigger a backlash of epic proportions, and this is part of what we're seeing. Conservatives and some moderates are fed up with how the Obama administration has treated people who have a differing philosophy from them on the issues. That, combined with the national Democratic Party breaking away from some of the more moderate Democrats of Kentucky, West Virginia, and some of the mid-west states have led to greater gains in the House and Senate for the Republican Party.

When you actually want to talk about issues, holler at me. But I won't complain if you don't. That's less work I have to do in my part to help build conservatives majorities because you will be helping me out quite a bit.

She used your state because that was were 2 radical jihadists were arrested.

I see that you dodged my question about Hillary's lie and subsequent loss of life.

Yes 2 radical jihadists were arrested but there was not a massacre. I guess you are correct so here it goes thanks Obama for making our country safe.

As far as Hillary's lie, lives were loss and it is tragic. Period and the end. I did not blame G.W. Bush over 9/11 when lives were loss, even though there is evidence out there warning him of such an attack. The attack happened and loss of life such as in this case.

So you are saying the President Obama could have been divorced three times, said that he likes to grab a female parts, he would have been treated differently?

As far as the issues, let's have a talk, why do I want to follow in the foot steps of Kansas and Mississippi? I am a progressive on many fronts and I believe in healthcare for all, education for all, a strong infrastructure, and this means investing into our state and national levels.

I believe in consumer protections. I believe those that have been blessed with much should pay more than those less fortunate.

I believe that in Eastern Kentucky if we continue to look to the past that is where we are going to stay.

I will start a weekly thread and we will hash out a new topic once a week.

It is interesting that you would not believe any of our intelligent offices...why not just hold a hearing in the senate, what harm could that cause...maybe, just maybe the truth? Hey, Prove me wrong get Senate Majority leader to hold a hearing...

We have a little glimpse as to what would have happened had Obama said those things. Bill Clinton cheated on his wife many years ago, and the left whined and cried and pushed to keep him in office. So I'm sure they would have been defending Obama to no end. My contention, had you paid attention, was that this smug liberal/socialist movement would trigger a backlash of epic proportions eventually. What you're seeing with Donald Trump is a result of that.

No, you aren't a "progressive" as you call yourself. You are a socialist. You ask why you would want to follow in the footsteps of Kansas and Mississippi, who would you like to follow then? Detroit? California?

You are using, "free healthcare for all," "education for all," etc., which of course is a statement (typical of the left) to try to elevate yourself as some caring, compassionate person and that I'm somebody that's just out to disrupt that and demonize the poor. The truth is, the difference between us lies in government control. You want government to have complete control of healthcare. You want government to have complete control of education. You think that because somebody succeeds, that they should be punished. It's like that student who gets an A on a test in their college class but the professor reduces their grade to a C so that other students who didn't do as well can get a higher grade. Likewise, the Robin Hood rules do not help the poor, it is socialist.

You are right that Eastern Kentucky, if they continue to look to the past, they will stay there. But thankfully, they no longer are doing that. We now have conservatives in office for the first time in 80+ years that are working to dig the state out of the mess that the "progressives" left it in.

Now why would I want to prove somebody wrong when he just makes stuff up as he goes? The intelligence agencies said the release of John Podesta's emails hurt Hillary during the campaign. Duh, ya think? That doesn't mean Trump collaborated, nor did any intelligence agency say anything like that.

How do you make a Republican angry? The same way you do a Democrat: disagree with them.

BIG difference between 9/11 and Benghazi. Bush didn't walk out of that classroom in Florida, call one of his kids and admit to a huge lie to overshadow the truth.

It isn't period and the end. It is a continual stream of lies and altered truths that, unlike Conway, was never owned.

Nancy Pelosi misspoke and called President Trump, President Bush.

Hmmmmm......now if there isn't a double standard, shouldn't there be a thread about this horrible action??!!??

Confusednicker: ^^

They're calling Maxine Waters and Nancy Pelosi Dumb and Dumber.

"What a pair! Maxine Waters and Nancy Pelosi were at the House Democrats’ Monday morning press conference where Congresswoman Waters reiterated calls for President Trump’s impeachment."

Pelosi said she just couldn't work with President Bush, and Waters said Putin invaded Korea.

LOL, read this article ^ and consider the geniuses who confirmed their faith in Pelosi by reaffirming her as House Minority Leader. Republicans have no choice but to run over these people or allow them to define them from the sidelines.
