White misses shot and black team rebounds goes down and shoots and misses but black got rebound and misses 2nd shot and black loses ball out of bounds. The table sounds horn and tell officials they should have shot a 1 and 1 bonus. How do you handle this situation?

You handle it by knowing how many fouls each team has and not letting it get to the point you described.

That means it got by all 3 refs and the score keeper as well. Not too mention the coaches and players.
