Can't remember who all made it but I do know Connor Hoskins was the MVP. Proved to everyone he made the right decision by staying at Buckhorn and was very deserving of his player of the year award.

Also, Ryan Boggs won the WSGS trophy, which I think was the tournament's sportsmanship award. He played like a man in the finals.
