After the competition in the ACC, and the way they're playing, I highly doubt Duke will get a 3 seed.

The competition in the PAC-10 is picking up as well, and it shows that UK would be playing USC, that would be a very interesting game to see.

There is no way Duke is a 3, and there is no way that conference will get 7 bids. Kentucky could beat Duke 8-10 points.
