Steve Spurrier will be a good coach for this team. Ive heard that Holtz will still hang around and help out a little bit. I s this true?

I expect them to get good fast. I don't know if he will match the UF years.
I know I hope he doesn't.

USC will be fine and should have a smoothe transition from Holtz to Spurrier. Spurrier has been quoted numerous times to have an excellent recruiting class this season and I for one can't wait till the SC/FL match up. As for Holtz, he was one of the best to coach at the collegiate level. I remember back in my day, my DB coach had a film of Lou giving a speech and let me watch it. Very inspiriational. With these two together on the same side-line, look for the Gamecocks to compete for a SEC crown within the next 3 seasons.
