Valley avenges an earlier 6-point loss to the Panthers with a convincing win tonight. SV moves to 2-1 in the district.

A win at East Ridge next week would give Valley the #1 seed for the 59th district tournament.

What is the status of Pikeville/SV-Piarist? I noticed neither Pikeville nor Valley have them scheduled. East Ridge has them on the schedule twice, and they are in the 59th this season.

Someone said they forfeited the games against Pikeville and Shelby valley but idk.

I wondered that myself. I just assumed that maybe they decided to join the district after the teams had already set their schedules for the year.

I also figured that maybe they agreed to automatically take the #4 seed for the tourney this season, kind of like David used to do a few years back.
