Clay and Corbin always have battles. Rematch of the 13th regional championship. Should be a good one. What's everybody's prediction?

Hounds win in a close one at Corbin.

Corbin By 10 Clays defense hurts them in this one

Clay by 10 Too much offense.

If the refs call a decent game clay by 8. Too many offensive weapons for clay.

Should be a slobber knocker. Clay by 5

I'll also add that I think clay is a 15-20 pt better team on a neutral floor. If you compare the 2 schedules, Corbin plays a very weak schedule. I really like how Marcum has there schedule laid out. Clay only plays 8 home games all season. Also have top tier teams from other regions such as Wayne Co. Lex Cath, Perry Central, and Boyle to deal with. Clay may take some bumps early but come March I expect them to be ready to make some noise at Rupp

Corbin doesn't lose at home very often. Great atmosphere there. Corbin and Tony P will be more prepared than Clay. Corbin wins by 6

Smith will have between 25-30....Farmer will do his thing......Clay picks up the win by 8... I agree with BrokenArrow....I think Clay is a double digit better team on a neutral court and by March they will be the team to beat in the region.

Tough call.Corbin is coming off a good win over Perry but i'm going out on a limb here and say Clay by 3.I really like Corbin's style but I believe Clay finds a way to win.

You are right Corbin doesn't lose at home very often.......However since Marcum took over at Clay in 2011 he is 5-1 against Corbin with 2 of those wins coming on Corbin's home court......so I hope that Coach P and Corbin are prepared because I know Marcum will have his boys prepared.

I think the difference in this game will be Smith and Wolfe. They are too athletic...Tobler was athletic, but not as polished as these two. Smith doesn't need to have the ball in his hands to impact the game whereas Beverly needs the ball, which corbin did an oustanding job on him. 64 fired me up...I'm going with CC by 14:flame:

Clay over Corbin, 73-66. Don't think Corbin can guard Clay. Clay's athleticism and having 4 guys who can put the ball on the floor and score will be too much for the Red hounds.

Home court advantage is usually a 2-4 point positive for teams. At Corbin, it's an 8 - 10 point advantage. Clay will play hard, but will lose in OT.
Hounds by 4!!

Corbin hasn't beat Clay County since the 2011 13th region semifinals. Tigers are still trying to figure everything out and it's tough to beat Corbin at Corbin. Corbin wins by 7 in a good game.
