Great game specially 2nd half. Lc a little better tonight. If these 2 play in the district it should be a battle. It does seem like those 2 refs had it out for smith tonight. A horrible technical called on him really changed the game. Disappointing that the refs made it about them instead of about the kids. Lc deserves the win but the cards will be back.

are you kidding me? smith dropped about 50 "F" bombs last night and complained about every call. he got the technical after cursing and practically putting the ref in a bear hug. he was warned before getting the technical. what you don't realize is that the fouls went both ways. lawrence was in far more foul trouble than sheldon clark could have imagined.

Nobody carried LC. it's a team effort. Doesn't matter who scores the most or rebounds the most etc. each player has their role to play and contributes to the win

The last minute and a half was one for the books.

Robert Dalton hit two clutch free throws to put the Dawgs up 52-49. But not before a big time three from Brandon Richardson that put them ahead 50-49 after being down two to SC 49-47.

Following the Dalton free throws, SC did get the ball back, and had several chances at a three. James being the closest, as his attempt went in and out!

Can't wait to watch this one again.

I sat behind SC's bench and I didn't hear all that this person is accusing by any means. The technical was after he told the little Ref "that is a horrible call!" Without a curse. That was exactly what happened. Fouls did go both ways, and it was called very unprofessionally on both sides. It is discouraging to go to high school basketball games in the area due to the way most are called by Refs. Do they (referees) actually have an organization they have to answer to?

Completely agree with you mezzo . Takes all fives players on the floor to win. There is no way you can put ONE player out there by himself regardless how good someone might think he is and win the game. Each player plays an important role from setting picks to get players open shots, rebounds, assists, and even the players on the bench that don't see any action play an important role. They sat there and cheer on their team and boost morale. So it is a TEAM effort completely.
