Litkenhous seems pretty accurate. They're actually pretty close to our rankings.

Out of the 16 regions in the state, the 13th Region's top team ranks ahead of the 1st Region and the 16th Region.

The Sweet 16 draw always makes things interesting.

I personally am not a fan of the Litkenhous Ratings. I know Prestonsburg is by far no world beaters, but neither are Pike Central & Magoffin Co. who are ranked ahead of Prestonsburg, while both being beaten by Prestonsburg.

I'm not sure what formula they use, but they'r fairly accurate. I have a few issues with them, as well, though.
