Another really good game.
Except for the 1A drubbing, this has been the most even state championship field ive seen in a while...

I really thought the Cards could have won this thing by a bigger margin but Meade just kept getting stops or Scott County would shoot themselves in the foot with penalties or fumbles. Meade goes to straight up power football and drives down the field for a score and back comes the Cardinals converting three or four third downs on their final drive including a TD pass to Daniel for the win.
Hopefully Pulaski County can make a good game with BG tomorrow, I don't see it happening but it'd be a fitting way to end a great slate of games this weekend.

So far I have loved all 5 games. I mostly loved the first 1. It was the most exciting.

Congrats to Kash's cousin on the Game Winning TD and the win in a State Title game!

Scott County kicked butt all season and stole the big school title from the city boys in Louisville. Great job.

Yes it has and it has been fantastic to watch. We've been very fortunate to watch a lot of very good football since Friday. Whether the "weather" was a the great equalizer, more parody statewide, or a combination of the two.
Safe travels to all today! One more game to go and then it ends :Sad04:.

Meade county got robbed in this one. The scoop and score at the end was clearly a fumble but the runner was called down. Tough way to lose.
