According to the KHSAA website Trinity is 59-3 in the postseason since 2000. They have made the state championship game every year except 2004, and have won 10 state titles since 2000.

State Runner-up (2000, 2009)
State Championship (2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012)
