this would have been a fun game to watch. A low scoring, defensive slugfest. Good win for LC, and equally tough loss for Pburg. Congrats to LC

HAHA fun game to watch? are you kidding me...it was horrible...Prestonsburg Defense played great some series then they would stink up the field...and Prestonsburg Offensive line is horrible they dont block enough for Slone and Setser to even try to break for a TD.....And Bobby Hughes(QB) done a decent job tonight for the first game of the year, he had a couple of over thrown balls probably due to first game jitters but other than that all I can say is its going to be a LONG year for Blackcat Fans IMO....and Ill remember this post and come back on it at the end of the season IF I am wrong.....

Leslie's defense definately stepped it up in this game. After showing first game jitters against Lynn Camp they rebounded nicely and held the Blackcats to a lone field goal in the first half. The offense was slow to start but got better as the game went on. Good win tonight eagles.

Congrats to the Eagles. I talked to one of my friends that was at the game and he said that there where lots of fumbles in this one by Prestonsburg. But they need to work on the offense alot more so they can keep up with other high powerd offinsives they'll face this season !

Did you ever think Leslie's defense had something to do with that. I forgot nobody gives Leslie any credit anyways.

Prestonsburg's O-Line looked much improved. P-burg is gonna turn some heads this season.

I don't see them turning many heads, except away from the game, unless they learn to maintain pocession of the ball when the game is on the line and get a more established offense on the field.

Prestonsburg don't have those big lineman but they do have kids with some heart and good work ethics. They just need to keep their heads up and work hard in practice and good things will come their way. To bad nobody gives Prestonsburg a chance but alot people on here like to see Prestonsburg fail but they will prove alot of you so call critics wrong.

IMHO, P'burg will turn alot of heads they are a solid team.

I don't profess to be a critic but everybody knows what happened to the seniors when they were freshman......they are all the best of young men you could find. However, the coaches run some of the better players off that really made this team a real working "team" and they played so well together. They played together through middle school and were winners. The coaches made some of the best players stand on the sidelines. So they made their bed and now they are laying in it. It is a shame that these boys are paying for the coaching mistakes made 3 yrs ago. Hang on Guys.......you are a very special group of young men.

Congrats to the Eagles...#7 came into the game and did good for the eagles i think they should play #3 at tailback more and not at QB jus imo

Their o-line is a whole lot bigger than Leslie's.

Yeah I think LC's O-line should get some credit. They're not the biggest guys on the field but they play like it.

leslie lost a lot of talent last year but i think they will overcome it and have another good season, if the defense keeps playing like they have the fisrt 2 games the will win alot of football games.
