Lawrence County 3rd grade team played Raceland in the "Orange Bowl", while both teams displayed great defense LC struck first with a 34 yard TD pass tacking on the 2 after. Raceland two possessions later scampered for a 25 yard TD making it even up at 8 after the 2 point conversion. LC tried to drive down the field again but was stopped. Raceland with 3 mins left in the game scored their second Td of the game making it 16 - 8. LC went back to the passing game but failed short when having their QB sacked 3 times in their last possession and was left holding the ball as time ran out. Lawrence County 3rd Grade team falls to 0-2 on the season with Greenup Co up next at home.
