Who threw for Pikeville?

âRelax, all right? Donât try to strike everybody out. Strikeouts are boring! Besides that, theyâre fascist. Throw some ground balls â itâs more democratic.â

I heard Austin pitched and got hurt. Is he done for the rest of year?

I think it was the younger Lucas. Not sure if he started but he did finish it. Think he pitched most of the game if not all.

He pitched a very good game. Pikeville seemed to make the big plays in the field when they needed too. Don't remember seeing an error on either side until the 6th or 7th. Hazard might have had 1 infield error late in the game.
Wells for Hazard threw another great game also.

Isaac Lucas a Freshman pitched the entire game for Pikeville. It was a well played game by both sides. Pikeville left bases loaded a couple of innings. Austin pitched earlier in the day and hurt his knee vs Letcher Central, I think.
