The case against a Prestonsburg couple for allegedly trying to blackmail a gas station will go to the grand jury. The Floyd County Times reports Karen Warrix and her husband, Steve, tried to extort 20 thousand dollars from the Citgo gas station in Stanville.

The two were arrested after Steve Warrix allegedly went to the store to collect what he thought was going to be the first of 20 cash payments that the store was allegedly going to pay after Karen Warrix claimed she fell at the store.
