I can only comment on Shelby Co. and Collins. Both teams have a nice nucleas of players returning with plenty if pitching. Austin Perry (UK) will lead the Collins staff, and while not having any shutdown arms, Shelby will have plenty of arms available for the mound. Shelby will be strong in the batting order 1-5, returning Moore and Bruner (Spalding University) to lead the offense. Shelby beat Franklin 11-4 in the first scrimmage, and Collins has started the season 2-0. Both teams have a lot of senior leadership, so I expect a strong season out of both teams.

Like Schs42 said, Shelby County and Collins will both be strong this year. There doesn't seem to be a clear favorite in the region but I'd say both Shelby and Collins will be in the mix.
