Very low scoring game, Powell lead 7-3 after 1, Estill lead 19-11 at halftime, 3rd quarter was pretty much all Estill. Engineers jumped out to a 16 point lead in the 4th quarter but the lead slipped away and the closest Powell County got was 42-40 Estill. Powell would intentionally foul Estill, Engineers made their foul shots, Powell would miss some shots and foul Estill again. Marcum for Powell hit a 3 at the buzzer to make the score 47-43 Estill.
