15th Pikeville, Paintsville, Prestonsburg

who do you like for each region and who are some of the top players in each?

Where is the 15th Region All A held this year (2013)?
I belive it was at Shelby Valley last year.

First round games are being hosted at different sites this season and the final round games will be at Paintsville. Not completely sure if it's qrts and Semis or what though.
