I know everyone in the 14th wants to think they invention basketball but Knott Central is a top 10 or 15 team right now... Ballboy wanna talk about schedule, Knott beat Simon Keaton!! Knott should be ahead of Perry and Hazard right nowThere is probably 8 or 10 teams in the city of Louisville alone better than Knott Co or Madison Central man! Come on, these 2 teams are solid teams, but dont get carried away? These rankings are not a joke, they are reality pal, every year people complain because their team doesnt get ranked like they think they should, but every year at the state tournament the top ranked teams in this poll are always there battling for the final 8 and final 4 spots!!
John Hardin, PRP, Fairdale is not top 10...
And I don't care what anyone says there ain't 8 teams in the state better than Madison Central...

Brother Cecil Wrote:Wrong. The superintendent could have required Buckhorn to vote for seeding. Not their decision. Maybe they will meet in the district this year. The truth will stand when all else falls. Brother Cecil.
We will have to agree to disagree, I guess. The Super has never stepped in and required Buckhorn to vote to seed. They always leave that to the coaches as they do the scheduling.
A district match-up for Buckhorn this year would be a rough one with PCC as it would with Hazard and a very scrappy Leslie Co. team.

I can not believe the knott co faithful on here crying. for the past couple of years knott co. has gotten every break. get every call, got the easiest bracket in the wymt this year. then the ratings drop them plum off the map.then the crying starts. -SO KNOTT CO. TURN YOUR FROWN UPSIDE DOWN SMILEY'S COME TO TOWN.

It doesnt matter Hatcher chocked thats the bottom line twice in the past 3 years he was at Perry he had the best player maybe in Kentucky last year. But Cantrell ratings are by who you play strenght of schedule and wins. Last year Buckhorn beat Perry in an upset they happen it should have not but it did and their will be upsets this year but hes close by the end of the year.

I ask him about knott co. he told me that the only way to find knott co. in his ratings is GOOGLE them. finally glad to see some ratings that actually reflect what playing a actual schedule. instead of playin jenkins twice and cordia twice. my bad knott co you guys did play hazard at home. and set the state record for mot free throw made in a game.

Dave Cantrell is a joke, like the rest of the paper. He has something to do with housing or something. He does this on the side. He puts scores in a computer and see's what comes out. He doesn't even watch games.

As for Knott's schedule, coach King doesn't want to play these bad teams, he has to. This really hurt's his team. He also didn't want to play in the All-A. If he goes deep in the wymt and the All-A, he will half to cancel the last two weeks of his schedule.

If he didn't want to play in the All A he could've declined.

The girl's team wanted to play so he had to. Should just forfeit.
