Broncos 34 - Ravens 17
#1
The wheels have fallen off of that Old, Old Wagon in Baltimore! Three losses in a row has taken the Ravens from potential #1 seed to fighting just to stay out of the wildcard!

SD not only is it 3 straight losses but their overall record is 9-5.....Ouch. Will they still even make the playoffs? The announcers were saying during the Texans/Colts game that the Colts needed to win today in order to go to the playoffs and they were like 9-3/9-4 coming into today's game

SK, I think the Ravens need to fire their offensive coordinator - It was OBVIOUSLY the problem this week! Keep firing them till you win Wink

Here is another stat I came across. Ravens have lost past 2 home games, before that they had won the previous 15

Absoloutly playing horrible.
Manning showed today why he is still the best QB in the game.

Luckily were in the same divsion as the lowly Bungles and Steelers so we dont have to worry about the playoffs. This team was 9-2 but since Lewis went out, it seems this entire team hasnt played well.

^ Coaches didn't think it had anything to do with Lewis! They fired the OC, not the DC!

Lewis is more than just a defensive player. I believe anyone with common sense would see that he is far and away the leader of that team.

Since the horrible steelers also lost, the Ravens clinched a playoff spot.
Dont worry, im sure with the Giants (who got killed) and the Bungles (remember that 30 point win to start the year?) left on the schedule, we still may be able to get lucky.

The Baltimore Ravens are in the playoffs once again. This time, it comes compliments of their division rival.

With the Pittsburgh Steelers losing at the Dallas Cowboys in overtime, the Ravens (9-5) secured a playoff berth. Baltimore certainly hasn't looked like a playoff team recently, losing three straight games. And it's tough for the Ravens to celebrate anything Sunday after losing by 17 points to the Broncos.

But the Ravens are back in the playoffs for the fifth straight season. That's the longest current streak in the NFL.

"The most important thing to understand is that, and our guys understand this, every goal that we have, starting with our first goal which is to win the AFC North is in front of us," coach John Harbaugh said after the Ravens' game, which came before they officially clinched. "It’s still there, and every dream that we have, which is the ultimate dream is still available to us. And that’s what you keep in mind. It’s a tough league for tough guys, and you have to find a way to put it behind you, improve, address the issues, own them and move on. That’s what we plan on doing. That’s really the message."

As far as winning the AFC North, the Ravens hold a one-game lead over the Cincinnati Bengals (8-6) for first place in the division. The Steelers (7-7) drop one game behind the Bengals for the sixth and final playoff berth in the AFC.

Boom! Longest playoff streak in the league. One more win sets up another division title.

Bye bye Steelers.

^ Hmm, I'm thinking that Dirty Birds team from the beginning of the season was the fraud. We are now seeing the real Ravens come to Roost!
