Quarterback Tyler Owen threw for four touchdowns and ran for one as Ballard nipped visiting Campbell County 35-34 Thursday night. He was 15 of 29 for 289 yards, and Rollin Green caught two TD passes for the Bruins (7-3).

Campbell County’s Tyler Durham had 254 yards and four TDs on 38 carries, plus two two-point conversions. But Ballard’s Andrew Fanpini made all of his extra points, while the Camels (6-3) missed all of theirs, plus a 29-yard field-goal try at 0:19.http://www.courier-journal.com/article/2...t|Sports|s

It was not Grant's day Thursday. There were a couple of questionable calls in this game (the final field goal and a helmet to helmet no call to Zabonick on Ballard's 10 - 15 yard line) which could have helped or won the game for CCHS but it is what it is.

Campbell Co. knows what they have to do to get back on track and the first thing they need to do is play ALL 4 QUARTERS. They came out flat the first half but turned it around in the 2nd. I hope they make a long run in the playoffs. They have been fun to watch.
