Too many in the top 25 will miss state . . . and that's the problem. St. Henry lost Region 9 final to NDA - St. Henry #4 in state and could easily beat anyone from 13 out of 16Regions. Same for Sacred Heart. Same for Ryle. I could go on . . .

Keep the 16 Region winners, and add 6 wildcard teams, so good deserving teams don't get left at home.
