Alabama Jumps USC For #1 Spot
#1
As it should of been. Does anyone disagree?

I think I did that right. Im not for sure really.

There is no doubt that since the defending national champions trounced a top 10 team that they deserve to jump the Trojans.

USC will be in the title game if they stay on their game - but they aren't the best in the nation

^ I agree with that. USC will go undefeated due to their schedule. As for Bama, this jump was legit. They will remain on top unless they lose simply because of their schedule! It would be fun to see if USC's offense can score against Bama!
#5
^ I agree with you but my only question is do you think Oregon will give them fits? An to be honest I think Bamas defense is faster this year then it was last year and they were ridiculously fast last year, I mean yeah it was the first game of the season, but to go against Michigan and D. Robinson whose a Heisman candidate and shut him down like that says alot.

ALabama will beat USC by 2-3 tds if they play this year. SEC football is a different breed.
#7
Alabama destroying a "top 10" Michigan team at a neutral site is more impressive than USC beating Hawaii at home. As talented and loaded USC is, I don't think they're better than Alabama, LSU, and Oregon
#8
IMO, Oregon is only in the top 10 as a fall back if USC was to lose to them

Unless some major happens, the winner of the Bama/LSU game (supposing they also win the SEC champ. game) and the winner out of Oregon/USC will be your title game.

I honestly think Bama could be 3 TD's better than anyone in the country.

Where is Tidehoss?!

I will say that IMO Michigan was not a top 10 team, maybe around the 13-14 spot. However, Alabama pretty much had their way with them.I also thought Alabama should have begun the season #1 anyway.
