Howard wouldn't stop crying about it so instead of getting rid of him they got rid of the coach and GM. I don't think it helps anything, not until they get some more players to help him. He'll probably still be whining and crying next year too..

Never been a Stan Van Gundy fan or any Van Gundy fan, but Orlando is a mess. Superstar that needs to grow up and no "robin".

That is a shame. SVG is a great coach, but honestly this may be a blessing in disguise for him. I have lost all respect for Dwight Howard this year.

But, the Magic choose to center their franchise around one player just like the Lakers, so they will pay for it.
