THis will be a great game. Probably the best in the region tonight..If we didn't play our cross town rivals, i would be at this one!

I'm going with Barbourville.

On paper, I would say Barbourville by 10-15. But, SL has been improving and the game is in London. I'll still go with Bville by 6, but I agree with Redstorm, probably the best game in the region tonight. Should be a good one....

South Laurel is WAYYYY down, and Barbourville is WAYYYY up in comparison to their tradistions. With that being said....
Tigers take is 70-62.

The Tigers have a very good team this season. I have looked at the Tigers schedule this year and they should win 25+ games.

South played the game of their life and bville didn't play like they have all season.. They had 2 players foul out. But they made mistakes and couldn't recover. But when south comes to the ville it will be a different game.

Kid steps in bounds on out of bounds play ref gives Barbourville a time out, all kinds of walks not called , stop game after free throws let time tick off clock, bad call on charge that should have been and one. Heard the list goes on and on.

I was at the game as well. Not sure what OP saw, but Bville benefited from the whistle more than SL. The refs called a charge against Baxter and waved off the points, that would have cut Bville's lead to 1 near the end of regulation. Two very blatant traveling violations never called. On one, the kid from Bville jumped up, realized he was covered and came back down, with no contact on the ball from an opposing player. No whistle, and one of the worst no calls I've seen in HS hoops in a couple of years.
That said, I can't say that SL played the game of their lives as was mentioned. The Cards were ice cold most of the second half. They climbed back into it by pressing all over the court and trapping, and some buckets on transition. They *did* hit some big shots near the end of regulation and in OT, but overall their 3 FG % was below their average.
Maybe the Tigers will get the best of them in Bville, but I wouldn't bank on it. Looked to me that the Cards matched up favorably with Barbourville.
