Tough loss for the Valley

Congrats Central. Yeah it is a tough loss, but it will only make them better. Belter had a nice game.

Has Central got the Football players back?

Belter has improved quite a bit from last season. He put up 23 points, 16 rebounds, and 6 blocks. Not a bad game...

Belter played awesome. If he would have got more looks this game would have been closer

Turnovers killed SV. I think that was Belter's best game so far in high school. Central could not stop him once he got the ball. Central's quickness was the difference though in my opinion.

Tough loss for SV, but Central is a very good team. They have beaten Male by 19, and also have wins over St. X and Eastern.

Belter is SO much improved from last season. He finally looked like a 6'10 boss like he should. He keeps that up, and the potential is endless. Loved what I saw tonight! Will go more in depth when my head isn't splitting..

Good showing by Belter! The kid very improved and the Wilcats are going to make noise in the 15th region. Central is a good team!

I not dogging Beltner in no way . He had a grait game . I'm just saying he is the next big player at the Valley . But he needs Major conditioning to be able at his age to slam it home not poke it home . P90x would do him wounders or hitting the hills with a YMCA conditioner .

Let me tell you something about Cody, I have watched him play since the 6th grade and he gets better every year. He is a fine young man, very receptive to coaching, and he will work to improve. Cody grew so fast, so young that his muscles and joints have needed time to develop to support his size. He is just now starting to come of age to really support his large frame. This boy will do nothing except get better.

This in my opinion is a great showing for Valley to have a 12 game vs one of the better teams out of the Louisville area. I think that the game was looked as a measuring stick to see where the team is at and see what kind of identity they have. Once again it seems like this will be a defensive first type team and it seemed like they keep a very quick Central team somewhat in check. Good showing boys and I can not wait to watch you against Phelps on Tuesday!

JUST saying , I've seen alot of kids go through the 14th, 15th, 16th whatever. This kid has the hands of a great player . I seen a spark in his eyes in the second half of their game . I love watching out for the next big thang . And he could be it . IIIIFFFFF he was set on fire with desire . But what I've seen he's aready a top ten in eastern Ky . I want to see a #1 desire .

Clearly you do not watch much basketball or get out much, one of the two. Belter had an awesome game and is much improved from a year ago. Almost had a triple double against one of the state's elite teams. Stop w/ the Childish remarks...:dontthink
