Souths 14 shoots a freethrow makes it 4 to 3 South but the score keeper puts the point on Harlan Co side on 2possesions the officials should have known the score was wrong

That is a correctable mistake, the official scorekeeper should have called it to the attention of the scorekeeper and the officials if necessary... No reason to let the score stay incorrect, if it did.
