Bryan Station trimmed a 13-point deficit to five early in the fourth quarter before Pulaski County pulled away for a 63-50 victory in the Mr. Basketball Classic at Tates Creek.
Taylor Gover scored 28 points to lead the Maroons. He was 6-for-9 from three-point range and had five rebounds and three assists. Kody Johnson had 17 points, eight rebounds and five assists.
Marcus Williams led the Defenders with 21 points and nine rebounds. Larry Morton had 12 points, six rebounds and five steals.
