Last Season: 4-22 (Lost in 34th District first round to Lloyd, 50-36).

Key Players: Sr. F/G Mariah Johnson (6.7 ppg, 6.3 rpg); Fr. G Tori Wofford (6.3 ppg, 2.0 rpg); Jr. F Emily Kroger (6.0 ppg, 4.9 rpg); Sr. C Jade Stansberry (3.3 ppg, 2.8 rpg).

What's New: Not much, as the Panthers didn't lose a single player to graduation from last season.

Outlook: A young team last season took its lumps, but the core of the roster is back led by Johnson and Wofford, who was extremely solid as an 8th-grader last season. The Panthers had a tough time scoring last season, averaging just 34.9 points per game, but if Wofford can become a double-figure scorer and both Johnson and Kroger make strides in scoring then the win total could at least double.

I would expect Ludlow to improve upon last years record as I believe they have everyone back from last years squad. Under the direction of Coach Wofford I expect the Panthers to be a fun team to watch improve as the year goes on.
