Raceland looked much improved tonight and had some NEW bright spots in the game. new additions and resting key players continuing to do well. Very impressed with play of the younger squad tonight and a great defensive effort allowing ZERO POINTS, even with the freshman and JV kids in for the 4th and some of the 3rd. Great job RAMS. Continue to work hard and improve. Russell Red Devils at home to finish the regular season, then South Floyd at Home and gotta win that one !!!!

Was Paintsville able to even put drives together?

The first two drives we ran it up the gut and put together good drives we just couldn't finish them off.

Who was the RB that had a long TD run on SportsOT? I did not see him played at Pikeville.

20 is Daylan Beech, usually plays WR. He played at Pikeville but was moved to RB since we had injuries last week. He is a sophomore along with 12- Zach Litteral, and 40 Mac Boggs, 35 Brady Harris... Freshman players are #2 Rodney Vance who plays WR and RB, and #1 Connor Messer who plays QB,RB and WR. Adam Elkins #5 is our QB and is also a sophomore. Yes Raceland is young and also have Sophomore lineman who are tough too. Nevan Johnson, James Wireman, Austin Mannis to name a few.....

Not for sure but I think the JV, Frosh and 7th grade all went undefeated this year. If I'm wrong maybe one of the RAM fans will correct me. Lots to look foward to in football.

If I'm not mistaken I think the Rams' freshmen team's lone loss came to Lewis County's freshmen.

You are true, they did lose to Lewis. We actually played not to well in that game to be honest and had turnovers that really hurt us. Lewis played well and made the best of the game. it was close but Lewis defeated the Rams and gave them there only lose. Funny when Raceland plays JV it is our freshman team with 1 junior. Overall it went well this year for our kids and they played very hard. Good luck to the kids this week and lets get ready for the playoffs.

When will Paintsville get their program turned back around to its winning ways?

Don't ever give up on football tigers.
What goes around comes around.
Sometimes things take more time then people like.
To much tradition to just give up.

My son who plays and was down their said Hazard was the best at the camp. He said that the RAM players felt like they were the next best group in the camp. So I'd say your right about that. This line is very young. Very few sr.'s They have come a long way. And playing much much better.

During the Fairview game we had 1 senior and 3 juniors on the field. The rest were sophomores and freshman. So to say we are young, this makes it very clear. We continue to do well and get better. They have grown up quick this year!!
