Just Like Heaven was good. And as a guy who hates romantic movies, I enjoyed it.

Basically there's this girl and she gets in a car wreck, her apartment is rented out after the wreck, he keeps seeing her "ghost" and is the only one that can see it, they start falling for each other, finally figure out it's not her "ghost" but her "spirit" because she's in a coma from her carwreck, yada yada yada, happy ending

Are you wanting a romantic comedy or something more serious..The ones above are mostly not romantic comedy movies...
