The 1958-59 Oil Springs Wildcats. They won the Foothills Conference Tournament in Salyersville and the Prestonsburg Invitational on the same night.

I was thinking of Oil Springs winning the 2 tournaments in the 58-59 season.

I did not know that Inez won 2 tournaments on the same night in 1954. At least I learned something new today. Thanks for the info MP
