I don't know....
He was a consistently "good" back.
However, I don't think he was ever "elite".
He only has 1 pro-bowl, doesn't he?

^Yes. Remember that he was one of the two stars for an expansion team. He also rushed at the same time as Eddie George, Corey Dillon, Curtis Martin, Marshall Faulk, etc....

Fred Taylor probably would be a HOFer if he played for the Giants, Steelers or Cowboys. But no, he never received the media attention needed.

The guy above him and below him have been inducted into the HOF already. Will he be a first ballot guy? No, but I could see him getting voted in on his 3rd or 4th try.

Nope. When I think of star running backs during his prime, he's an afterthought.
