Homemade biscuits, Gravy, sausage and/or bacon, scrambled eggs, fried apples w/ sugar & cinnamon, Fried potatoes, Large glass of cold milk.

I fix this as a dinner once and awhile also!!

This would have to be my favorite as well.....and we also do it as a dinner probably more often than a breakfast, simply because my sorry butt won't wake up early enough in the mornings to fix before having to go to work....
