Strong choice I think. Probably the only strike against Unseld is that he hasn't been a head coach, but he clearly has Tim Riley's stamp of approval, which counts for a lot, as does the fact he is a former Dragon player. Major positive is continuity and William very much knows the game.

I did hear that some top coaches from elsewhere were scared off by the pay. Which is not shocking given that they are now in a district that has four freaking schools and no one can pay higher than the others.
