What do the Thoroughbreds need to do to improve from last year's 13-2 Team and to Repeat as Class 2A State Champions?

It all rests on Brady Hightchew's hands. With the loss of the play-makers on both sides of the ball, it will be tough for the Breds this year.

I think it all comes down to the O-line. It will be very difficult to repeat as district champs with a very experienced Holy Cross team they'll be going against. Hightchew will be fine, but he'll need some help

I'm sure they won't receive any help from last years game cancelling freshmen team. Those boys were just taught to cut and run.

With the budget crisis at Newport public, how long before NCC has to pay a fair rate to bum the field?

how come NCC and Newport has to share the same field? why can't they have there own fields?

NCC doesn't have enough room for a FULL size football field. They only have 1 field goal post, and they practice and play JV games on that field.

^ That's understandable

This was part of the agreement when the land was donated to Newport, I can't see it changing.
