In the Louisville area Bullitt East, Bullitt Central, and North Bullitt were moved from the 8th region to the 6th, Jeffersontown, Moore, Fern Creek, and Whitefield Academy were moved from the 7th to the 6th, Central, Presentation, and Portland Christian were moved from the 6th to the 7th, Simon Kenton was moved from the 9th to the 8th and Districts were rearranged in the 6th, 7th, and 8th Regions.

The 12th Region is pretty much the same as it was last season. The districts are set up just like the boys/girls basketball districts.
