Yep, he was ABSOLUTELY out of the baseline, clear as day! I don't know how the 1st base ump missed that...

Still, the Reds lost this game in the 6th, when they were already up 4-0, had 1st and 3rd with nobody out, and couldn't push anymore runs across. Pitiful execution cost them the game right there.
