Per Aaron Cordero of bleedbluekentucky.com, Joe Manley will announce his decision on college in June.

This is straight from Aaron:

"Joe Manley (2012-OL) informed me he is targeting a June decision. Right now his top two schools are Kentucky and Louisville. He would not specify which one was No 1. Joe will not attend any camps this summer. Based on people I talk to, UK feels really good about receiving his commitment."

About a month ago, I talked to a source that has been in contact with Manley alot. He told me that he feels like Joe will end up at Kentucky. Louisville is also making a huge push for Manley. Coach Charlie Strong is competing very hard to win the in-state recruiting battles, but it looks like Joker may have the edge for Manley's services.

Manley would add depth to an already loaded 2011 Offensive line class. At 6'7", 305 pounds, He moves very well and is a smart blocker. He can block great in either the pass, or run. The future is bright at the offensive line position.
