A federal judge on Monday ordered an end to the NFL lockout, giving the players an early victory in their fight with the owners over how to divide the $9 billion business.

They lifted the Lockout. But yet I seen on ESPN their still not letting players return to the facilities for work-outs except for a couple teams.

Just seen on the NFL Draft show that there is No Trading (Players on Current Team Rosters) or Free Agent Signings Allowed
