Clark County High School out of Winchester, Ky wins the 2nd annual tournament in Paintsville, Ky. They went 4-0 in the tournament winning their three pool play games against Paintsville (10-0) Pike Co Central (9-1) and Whitley Co (16-0). In the championship game against Johnson Central, Clark Co won (4-1) in a well played game by both sides. Clark's, Caitlin Collins, was selected most valuable player in the championship game, as she made several spectacular catches in center field and went 2-4 at the plate.

If i'm not mistaken the collins girl has signed with Pikeville for golf and softball!?!? Great job Cards! By the way, how did Brossart do ? Did you guys not face them this weekend??? opposite brackets or what??

Yes she did, one play made in center would of made top 10 ESPN. She played very well this weekend along with the rest of the lady card seniors. They have three girls that are to Pikeville for softball. Brossart got beat by Johnson Central so they did not make the ship. Clark played best ball I have seen them play a while.
