I'd like to see what it is by region. The 2 most talented regions IMO are the 7th and 11th regions and they both have 2 teams in that list.

^ Don't forget that Scott County wasn't in the 11th Region for all of that. Not even half. 13 of those wins were part of the 8th Region.

That pretty much sums up where most of the basketball talent comes from in the state which i think everybody already knew.
