The cougars return their entire starting backfield in Holbrook(jr),Thornsberry(soph) and Kidd(sr). Morgan also returns 3 year O and D line starters Ferguson(sr), Smith(sr) and Brewer(sr) for their senior season. Soph JT Brown 6'2 240 also returns on the offensive line. Walker Crase(jr), Brent Perkins(sr) and Jordan Whitt(jr) all 3 starters from last season return at linebackers. Morgan county is in a district this season with Breathitt, Magoffin, Jackson co. and Knott Central.

Turner is the first coach that has stayed there (hes been there) for more than three years. Wood bening the last and he had some success.

I heared Thornsberry is transfering to Rowan at this school year is over. Any truth to this.

Morgan lost 2 seniors, Flannery and Curd. Morgan returns 9 on both sides of the ball. Alot more showing up in the weight room this year vs. last year.
