Yea I am mad UK has been having some rough times, but If Morris is back and we get Patterson and Lucas, I think UK will be the top of the SEC once again.

In ten years at UK, OTS has lost ten plus games
five times. I think that feat has really
been accomplished in the last seven years.
He has lost to Vanderbilt four straigth times,
with a talent gap. He has lost to Florida
six straigth times, with a talent gap. He
has lost to Kansas three straight times, with
a talent gap. He has lost to North Carolina
three straight times, with a talent gap.
UK is NOT an elite program at present; we
are not talking about a two year decline
here...we are talking about a slow erosion
of elite status under OTS.

Four years ago UK had a talent advantage over UNC, Kansas, and Florida. It has been only the last few seasons that things have turned around. These things go in cycles.

By the way that was a talent advantage with players that Tubby Smith recruited.

Kentucky won the nit the year before they won the ncaa in 1978.NIT is a great tournament.I would rather win the NIT than play and lose the first game in the ncaa.
