that was last year. this is a whole new season. when they lost to or beat ac last year isn't important anymore.
these two teams are two of the best in the region & its always a close game when they play each other. they are now 3-2 with favor to allen central. i just wish everyone could support both of these teams and realize they both represent our area very well.

Very well said, ispike3. Betsy Layne and Allen Central are 2 of the best teams in Eastern Ky. At any given night, either team could win when playing each other. Who ever comes out the winner in the district, the county will be represented with excellent talent.

The unique thing about the Betsy Layne team, and a fact that set it apart from other teams in the national tournament was that its players all hailed from the same school district.
