A good recruiter is not the same as a good coach. A good coach makes in game adjustments. I can't think of any adjustments UK made. If a team misses 20 straight 3's, then I blame the coach. UK got off to an early lead pounding the ball inside, then all of a sudden, just like the Cornell game, they decided they were going to show everyone how good they could shoot. There is no way, I mean no way, they should have taken over 30 3's in the game. If they had used all those possessions to take it to the goal, the game would have gone the other way. Bottom line, WVU wanted it more. UK played like they thought they were going to pull another one out of the hat, like they have so many times this year. A team don't win just by showing up, I don't care how much talent is on the floor. You have to want it. And if they think they are ready for the NBA, they are crazy.
