Gary Parrish of CBS Sports names Evan Turner of Ohio State Player of the Year. John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins of Kentucky received First Team All-American honors though, along with Wesley Johnson of Syracuse and Da'Sean Butler of West Virginia.
