Kentucky vs Mississippi Updates
#31
UK is gettin killed.
#32
29 to 14 and they don't even act like they care. 3 fouls on Bradley.
#33
Mississippi 29
Kentucky 16

Halftime
Chuck Hayes is the only player that played halfway decent for teh Cats. Terrible terrible half for UK, tied for lowest point total all year.
#34
Halftime 29 to 16.
#35
Was it just me or did that half go by really really fast?
#36
And they still haven't made a three.

Lord knows they took enough.
#37
I really hope UK can stage a comeback in the second half. This would be a bad loss for Kentucky IMO.
#38
To be honest no team is safe in the NCAA.
#39
UK went the last 7 minutes of the half without a field goal, and got outscored in the paint 20-6.
#40
A real bad loss.

And what the first 6:30 to start the half. Over 13 minutes total without a FG.
#41
Terrible, they had better pick it up in the second half.

As proved by this weeks games, and they just showed that Kansas is also down at the half to Nebraska.
#42
Here we go.
#43
Starters back for UK.

Rondo makes 1/2 free throws to start the half.
#44
Still can't hit free throws. Defense looks better.

I have a feeling UK might put a run together.

At least I hope.
#45
29-17 Ole Miss
#46
That dunk would have helped.
#47
I agree their D did look more agressive to start out with.
#48
Another foul on Morris, geez!
#49
I can't believe Morris whats he thinking.
#50
Great D by Rondo, drawing the offensive foul.
#51
The streak might end tonight.
#52
UK is 0-12 from behind te arc, terrible..

N/m Azubuike hits the three.
#53
There we go. Finally and the defense is here.
#54
Then a great defensive play and block by Kelenna
#55
I think I might have been right about that run. Come on cats. Still down 29 to 20.
#56
Starting to play a little better now, 29-22 Ole Miss
#57
29 to 22

I wish I knew what Tubby says to them at Half.
#58
UK really picking up the D in teh 2nd half, stupid over the back foul by Shagari, but Sparks should've passed the ball off anyway.

Now it's Ole Miss who can't shoot, they haven't scored in the 2nd half. Maybe it's something to do with the basket down at that end.

Looks like they are making a good run, 29-24 Ole Miss

UK is in the midst of a 17-4 run.

Posted Wed Jan 19, 2005 9:31 pm:

They just said on the tv that Bradley has a mild concussion (Maybe from the hard foul in the 1st half) and will not return in this game.

Posted Wed Jan 19, 2005 9:36 pm:

Ole Miss is making it tough on UK tonight, 42-38 Ole Miss with just over 8 minutes left.
